Citizens of Beloit who have an old felony conviction for drug possession, theft, or even forgery could be eligible to have their case expunged.

Legal Action of Wisconsin is seeing an overwhelming interest for an expungement clinic in Beloit.

Staff attorney Madeline Guthrie says it will take place from noon until 4:00 on October 3rd at Community Action.

Guthrie says while the clinic is currently at capacity, you can still register in order to have someone from Legal Action reach out to you to review criminal history records for arrest record removal and correction, expungement, and pardon eligibility.
