CASA of Rock County has place 3,000 pinwheels on the Rock County Courthouse lawn to spread awareness of Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Education and Outreach Coordinator Kelly Berg says each pinwheel represents a call made to CPS to report child abuse and neglect in Rock County, are a symbol for what could still be a happy childhood for the children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Berg says people can show their support for CASA by volunteering to be an advocate, donating to the organization, or by taking part in one of the many fundraisers they have in store.
