17-year-old Jahmir Smith appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag last week for his preliminary hearing on a charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide with use of a dangerous weapon.
Hoag found that enough evidence had been presented to show that a felony had probably been committed by Smith and bound him over for trial.
Smith is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $300,000 cash bond. He’s due back in court for a calendar call on June 12th.
