The Janesville man charged in a fatal hit and run from over the weekend makes his initial appearance in Rock County court.

23 year old Noe Perez Reyes appeared in front of Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday afternoon on a charge of hit and run involving death.

The state alleges that after striking a 34 year old man Saturday evening, Perez Reyes went up to the nearest stop light, looked out of the vehicle and back at the individual, and chose to drive away.

Hoag ordered a $3,000 cash bond for Perez Reyes, who was a preliminary hearing on February 20th.
