The Janesville City Council considers conveying 6.4 acres of land off of Beloit Avenue to a local company seeking to expand as part of a tax incremental financing agreement.

Economic Development Director Jimsi Kuborn says Wolter Investment Company is looking to build a new 70,000 square foot industrial equipment and engineered systems facility.

The company has been in Janesville since 1962 and has grown and expanded across numerous states.

The Janesville City Council meets Monday night at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
