The Janesville Branch of the American Association of University Women is holding their annual book sale to raise money for a good cause.

Sale Chair Diane Adams says the sale runs September 28th through October 1st, and October 6th through the 8th at the Old Towne Mall, and money raised will go towards scholarships for local high school seniors.

Adams says the average price of a book is two dollars for a hard cover and one dollar for a soft cover, but they will be running specials on certain days such as two for one mystery novels.

Last year the AAUW was able to give out a total of seven scholarships and raise a total of $6000.
