A 35-year-old Milton man takes a plea deal in a child pornography case.

According to online Court records, on July 13th, Zachariah Bonsall plead guilty to possession of child pornography, but Rock County Judge Barbara McCrory withheld the finding of guilt.

Bonsall also plead guilty to two count of capturing an intimate representation with a victim less then 18 years old. Judge McCrory did find Bonsall guilty of those two charges.

Judge McCrory ordered Bonsall’s sentence withheld and ordered him to serve three years of probation with six months in the Rock County Jail.

Bonsall must also register as a sex offender for 15 years.

Upon successfully completing probation, Bonsall can petition the court to dismiss the child pornography charge.
