There will be a fresh face on the Janesville City Council following Tuesday’s election.

The four open seats will go to Incumbents Michael Jackson, David Marshick and Heather Miller, and newcomer Richard Neeno.

It’s the second time Neeno has run for City Council.

The fifth candidate who did not get enough votes to win a sat was Spencer Zimmerman.
