A new business called Brunk’s Bakery is setting up shop at the former Subway location at 1220 Janesville Avenue on the south side of Fort Atkinson.

City Manager Rebecca Houseman-LeMire says the city is providing at $15,000 Capital Catalyst Revolving Loan to help facilitate the project.

The City will host a check presentation Monday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the Fort Atkinson Municipal Building.

Last month the City of Fort Atkinson awarded a $100,000 Capital Catalyst Revolving Loan to Pete’s Tire in order to expand with a second location at 2 Madison Avenue.
