A 32-year old Beloit man pleads guilty to charges of possession of child pornography and capturing an intimate representation.

Carlos D. Hill appeared in front of court official John Wood Friday afternoon, where the court withheld finding of guilt on the child porn charges.

Hill was sentenced with four years of probation, nine months of conditional jail time, and being placed on the sex offender list for 15 years.

Hill faced three charges of possession of child porn and two charges of capturing an intimate representation.
