The Human Society of Southern Wisconsin has recently been awarded a 15,000 dollar grant for the society courtesy of Petco Love.

Faith Stephens, the Humane Society’s Community Outreach Coordinator, says this money help them with their “Happy Home, Safe Home” program. The program helps provide financial assistance to those struggling to stay united with their pets.

Stephens says they’ll be having a special celebration to honor the grant investment. The celebration takes place July 14th at 2pm at the Janesville Petco location.
