Forward Janesville expands it’s search for a new leader.

After President and CEO John Beckord announced in December of 2019 that he planned on retiring in 2020, the business membership organization conducted and extensive interview process last year.

According to a news release, although there were a lot of great candidates, the non-profit wanted to expand it’s search.

A search committee of eight people, including board members and representatives from member organizations have agreed to partner with an executive search team at QTI Group.

The QTI Group will be conducting a survey over the next few weeks to gather input on the characteristics and expectations of the next leader as well as the future of the organization. The search is scheduled to be launched in early March.
