Official Rules:
Final Giveaway Notice:  All finalists must be present at the final giveaway event at Kosh Kabin, 1801 East State Road 59, Milton, WI 53563 from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in order to be eligible to win the grand prize.    No new qualifiers will be selected at the giveaway venue, though other prizes may be offered that are not associated with this contest. 

  1. Grand Prize Description:   The Grand Prize (may be referred to in these rules as a personal watercraft) is a 2022 Sea-Doo Spark 3Up Trixx Model No. 66NC and accompanying 2022 Karavan single place aluminum bunk trailer.  Declared value is $12,332.00.
  2. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to play or win any prize.
  3. To play:  Register at weekly personal watercraft business locations as announced on participating “Big Radio” stations (WJVL and WWHG) and listed on the website.    Potential contestants can also attend specially designated live broadcasts as publicized on-air and on station during which time an additional three ‘instant finalists’ will be selected from attendees during the broadcast event only
  4. Contestants may become a finalist only once during the entire promotional period.  Finalists will be notified through the provided email address of their potential winning status and will receive further instructions of the grand prize drawing only via that email address.
  5. Grand Prize Event:
    All contestant finalists must check-in to the giveaway venue no later than 3:00 p.m. local time.   During the period from 3:00-4:00 p.m. a single prize winner will ultimately be decided by random method.
  6. Employees and immediate family members of Big Radio (aka Ben Thompson and Scott Thompson)  Kosh Kabin, Rock River Marina and participating sponsors are not eligible to win.  Immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
  7. All decisions of Big Radio regarding the interpretation of rules, including but not limited to the execution of the contest, eligibility of contestants, and decisions regarding errors or omissions to the official rules, are final.
  8. By registering, you give Big Radio and Rock River Marina the authorization to use your name, photo, video or voice recording, likeness or social media posts in promotional materials without further compensation.  You also authorize Rock River Marina to include your entry information on their in-house mailing list.  Entry information will not be sold or offered to any other businesses except Rock River Marina and Big Radio.
  9. Delivery of the prize and any associated expenses (including taxes, title and registration) are the responsibility of the winner.
  10. Prize may not be exchanged or transferred and is not convertible to cash.  Prize must be accepted in “as is” condition at the time of the drawing. Unless otherwise specified, the prize does not include any additional goods or services including, but not limited to delivery, fuel, accessories, maintenance, attire, insurance or fees associated with owning or operating the prize.  No further rights to any warranty of any kind are assigned or implied.
  11. Big Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time.
  12. Big Radio and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for fraud committed by any entrant.  In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, Big Radio reserve all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.
  13. Rock River Marina, Big Radio and their parent and subsidiary companies and participating sponsors are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.  The same entities make no claim as to the condition of the prize on the date of giveaway, and offer no warranty or other guarantees regarding acceptance of the prize.
  14. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the prize, including but not limited to federal and state income tax, state sales tax, title and license fees.
  15. Contest begins March 6, 2022.  Contest ends April 30, 2022.
  16. No purchase necessary to play.  Void where prohibited.
