A busy weekend for the Town of Beloit Fire Department.  Firefighters were called out about 11:30 a.m. Saturday to the 6200 block of South Highway 51.  No one was home, but the structure was a total loss.  Town of Beloit Firefighters were called out about noon Sunday to the 4000 block of West Plymouth Church Road.  A family had safely escaped the two story home which was showing smoke coming from the roof and chimney.  About $150-thousand damages.  Several area fire departments did assist on both calls.
