Governor Tony Evers awards $50 million in American Rescue Plan Act funding to over 100 out-of-school and childcare providers across the state.

Executive Director Marc Perry says the $697,000 received by Community Action of Rock and Walworth Counties will be used to bolster after school and summer programming for middle and high school students as well as at Merrill Community Center.

The Stateline Boys & Girls Club in Beloit was awarded more than $210,000, the Boys & Girls Club of Janesville got $99,000, and the YMCA of Northern Rock County in Janesville received more than $479,000.
