Beloit police are looking for a 27-year-old man believed to be responsible for a break-in at a storage facility in the 1400 block of Madison Road.  Police say an officer was investigating a suspicious vehicle about 3:30 a.m Saturday when it took off and crashed through one of the security gates.  A short chase followed and the suspect vehicle ended up disabled after crashing through a residential fence on Johnson Street.  Officers say the driver, identified as Jared Russell, escaped on foot.  Police did arrest a passenger, a 57-year-old Janesville woman, on charges of being Party to the Crime of Burglary.  Police say Russell is wanted on charges including burglary, fleeing, and bail jumping.
