
A 49-year-old Beloit man who is accused of crashing his vehicle into parked cars while high on cocaine in 2018, severely injuring a passenger is bound over for trial.
Luis Garduno appeared in Rock County Court Monday morning for his preliminary hearing on charges of second offense OWI causing injury and operating with a restricted controlled substance, third offense.
Garduno was arrested in October, more than six years after he was charged, when a Rock County Sheriff’s deputy found him walking down the middle of a highway, drunk, having just left a strip club.
Garduno is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond.
