The terms of two Milton School Board members are up this year, and both John Dummer and Rick Mullen will run to keep their seats this spring.

Superintendent Rich Dahman says no other prospective candidates have filed to run against them so far.

In Janesville, Big Radio previously reported board members Cathy Myers and Jim Millard will not seek reelection on April 1st and that a third incumbent, Michelle Haworth, is running to keep her seat.

The district says two newcomers, Colton Measner and Cory James, have filed to run. That makes a total of three candidates for three open seats.

People looking to run for local office have until January 7th to turn in their paperwork to appear on the spring ballot.
