The City of Beloit is hoping local kids creativity is inspired with a snow plow naming contest.

Local kids are invited to submit their name ideas for a snow plow and a loader with snow blower through December 22nd.

City staff will choose five finalists, which the community will be able to vote on in January.

The City of Beloit held a similar contest in 2020 where a little girl named Hadley named one of the City’s snow plows “Snow Squasher.”
