Beloit police are investigating a shots-fired incident.  Police say a vehicle was hit by gunfire about 9:00 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of 8th Street.  Officers say a woman, suspected in the incident, was later arrested by Whitewater police.  No one was reported injured.
