Police arrest a Janesville man for a suspected fifth OWI offense.

Police say an officer observed a vehicle deviate from its lane while driving near the intersection of Milton Avenue and Morse Street in Janesville at about 11:23 p.m. Saturday.

The vehicle’s registration was also expired.

Police say the driver, Jason Jensen, 45, showed signs of being under the influence of an intoxicant. Jensen refused field sobriety testing and was arrested. A blood sample was taken.

Police say records show Jensen has a revoked driver’s license and four previous OWI convictions.

Jensen is held at the Rock County Jail and faces charges of OWI fifth offense, operating after revocation and violating probation.
