The 21-year-old Janesville accused of having sex with a 13-year-old who lived in his apartment building has his cash bail reduced.

Rony Hernandez Morales is charged in Rock County Court with repeated sexual assault of a child, five counts of possession of child pornography, five counts of exposing a child to harmful material, and one count of child enticement.

According to the criminal complaint, in addition to having sex with the young teen, Hernandez Morales exchanged explicit photographs with them which he had saved on his phone.

In March Court Commissioner Mason Braunshweig set Hernandez Morales’ cash bail at $100,000. At a hearing last week Judge Ashley Morse reduced the amount to $15,000.

Hernandez Morales is due back in Rock County Court for a calendar call on December 11th.
