The City of Janesville has a lot of planting to do after losing about 75 mature trees within its parks during the June 22nd tornado.

Parks Director Cullen Slapak says volunteers and city workers just finished up clearing Paw Print Park and were able to reopen it.

The off-leash dog park had trees on its fence, several hundred pheasants roaming around, and debris from nearby roofs strewn about.

Slapak says Loch Lomond Park had some heavy tree loss and a contractor is still working to clear those.
