The Wisconsin Historical Society brings its traveling History Makers Tour to Beloit.

Wisconsin Welcome Center Director of Visitor Services Terri White says the History Makers Tour is one way the Wisconsin Historical Society is continuing to serve learners and history lovers in the time leading up to the opening of the new Wisconsin History Center in early 2027.

The exhibit in Beloit highlights the boxer program taught by professional boxer Baby Joe Gans. Gans can be seen in the traveling exhibit with various boxers.

The exhibit will be up through Labor Day.
