The Wisconsin Department of Justice issues a missing and endangered person alert for a 59-year-old man who has been missing from Milwaukee for more than two weeks.

Carvel Jennings walked away from his group home on West Brentwood Avenue around 4:00 p.m. on May 12th.

The Department of Justice says Jennings was recently hospitalized for a medical event and has been severely confused and disoriented.

Carvel is described as a black man who is five feet, seven inches tall, and weighs 127 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and gray shirt, black pants, white shoes, and a blue cap.

Anyone who may have seen Carvel is encouraged to contact the Milwaukee Police Department.
