A 20-year-old Monroe man is bound over for trial in Rock County Court on charges of second degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement.

According to online court records, Luis Toledo appeared before Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday morning where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing and enter not guilty pleas.

According to the criminal complaint, Toledo picked up a 15-year-old from her home in Janesville at 2:00 a.m. in October of 2023, gave her alcohol and THC, and then raped her in the back of his vehicle.

Toledo is currently free on a $5000 signature bond.
