The City of Beloit is in the process of updating the 2025-2029 consolidated plan.

A Consolidated Plan is a written strategic plan outlining how the City plans to use its Community Development Block Grant funding over the next 5 years based on a needs analysis.

Community needs are identified through both public input and local data.

Grants Administrator Megan McBride says a survey is available on the City’s website through April 15th in both English and Spanish.
