A 28-year-old Janesville man whose arrest last fall led to the seizure of three-and-a-half pounds of cocaine, four-and-a-half pounds of marijuana, six guns, and $75,000 in cash has his case dismissed.

According to online court records, Taiwan Edwards appeared before Rock County Judge Barbara McCrory Tuesday morning.

Assistant District Attorney David Olson made a motion for the prosecution to voluntarily dismiss charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver THC, and second-degree recklessly endangering safety.

Judge Barbara McCrory entered a judgement of acquittal.

Edwards had been held at the Rock County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond since his arrest last October.
