A Milton High School student is facing charges after two students were found unconscious in a locker room.
According to the criminal complaint, the school resource officer found two girls on December 19th and they were taken to the hospital.
Investigation determined that they had been given THC gummies from another student – 18-year-old Amaris Roeber formerly of Janesville.
School staff spoke with Roeber, who attempted to discard the gummies and two vape pens in a school bathroom. Roeber apparently admitted to having two knives on her person, which she claimed were for protection when she uses ride share services.
At her initial appearance in Rock County Court Monday afternoon, Court Commissioner Jack Hoag ordered a signature bond for Roeber on charges of manufacture or delivery of THC and possession of a dangerous weapon on school grounds.
