The YWCA of Rock County officially has their keynote speakers for the 9th annual Racial Justice Conference.

Racial Justice Director Aimee Leavy says Dr. Mark Joseph will be the morning keynote speaker at this years event, and his talk’s theme is “Everyday Anti-Racism As the Antidote to the Fear Holding Us Back”.

Leavy says the afternoon speaker will be the Co-Founder and Board President of the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation Deborah Watts, who Leavy says was the first person who came to find when they decided on the topic of the conference “Is Fear Keeping Us From Eliminating Racism?”.
