The Janesville Boys and Girls Club is on the receiving end of hefty donation to their capital and endowment campaign.

Club CEO Rebecca Veium says Janesville based Prent Corporation, a packaging company, has partnered with the club and is donating $2 million as the lead donation to help build a new facility.

Veium says they’ve been building a relationship with the company for some time and they reached out to Prent because they know how much the company values the Janesville community, including the development and retention of talented people in the workforce.

The new, $11 million Boys and Girls Club facility would be able to serve triple the amount of kids served each day.
