
A Rock County jury finds a 64-year-old Stoughton man guilty of 10th offense operating while intoxicated following a two-day trial.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says that Bruce Henningfield had a blood-alcohol content of .168 when he struck a semi on I-39/90 last January and got his SUV stuck in the snow.
According to online court records Henningfield plead guilty to a charge of failure to install an ignition interlock device. The jury found him guilty of operating while intoxicated, 10th offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol contact.
Judge Jeffrey Kuglitsch found Henningfield guilty of the OWI but held open his finding of guilt on the other charge.
Henningfield faces a minimum of four years in prison at sentencing on March 6th.
