A 27-year-old Beloit man accused of sexually assaulting the same young girl as his parents has his cash bail reduced from $100,000 to $50,000.

Cody Markham is charged in Rock County Court with repeated sexual assault of the same child and incest.

Markham is accused of raping and sodomizing a child he is related to beginning in January of 2024 when they were seven-years-old.

It was the same victim that 53-year-old Kelly Faye Markham and 57-year-old Spencer Markham of Janesville – Cody’s parents – were convicted of sexually assaulting when they were only five years old in 2021.

Spencer Markham plead guilty to three counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child in August and was sentenced this month to 30 years in prison.

Kelly Markham plead guilty to second-degree sexual assault of a child on November 6th. She’s set to be sentenced in January.

Cody Markham is due back in Rock County Court on December 13th for a calendar call.
