Voters in the School District of Janesville overwhelmingly pass a pair of referendum questions on Tuesday’s ballot.

A two-year $14.5 million non-recurring operational referendum to maintain programming and staffing levels passed with 60.93 percent of Rock County voters in favor.

The $151.8 million capital referendum passed with 63.62 percent of Rock County voters in favor.

The money will used to improved special education classrooms and high priority building maintenance and upgrades.

The Evansville School District and the Milton School District also passed $2.9 million and $5 million operational referendums respectively.
