The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.

57-year-old Bryan Wirts is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Monday.

Wirts was convicted of two first degree sexual assault in 1990 and second-degree sexual assault in 2005.

While living in Janesville Wirts is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
