A 27-year-old former Navy Recruiter from Machesney Park accused of having unwanted sexual contact with teenage girls from a local high school is sentenced in Rock County Court.
Last month Bryan M Bradley-Hubbard plead guilty to child enticement and exposing genitals to a child. Judge Derrick Grubb withheld his finding of guilt on the child enticement charge as part of a deferred prosecution agreement, but found him guilty of the latter charge.
He was originally charged with six counts of child enticement and three counts of sexual assault by a person who works or volunteers with children.
According to online court records Wednesday afternoon Judge Grubb sentenced Bradley-Hubbard to four months in the Rock County Jail and three years of probation. He must also register as a sex offender for 15 years.
