A Rock County Jail inmate is arrested twice in two days for lewd and lascivious behavior.

According to Rock County Sheriff’s Office police reports, 23-year-old Omar Lopez of Beloit was arrested for the first time on Tuesday just after noon.

During the second incident Thursday morning around 4:00 Lopez is accused of masturbating when a female correctional officer was conducting security checks. At that point he was arrested again.

Lopez has yet to appear in Rock County Court or be formally charged in either incident.
