The 22-year-old Janesville man who was on probation for taking up-skirt pictures of a customer at Walgreens when he was charged with possession of child pornography has his cash bail reduced.

According to the criminal complaint, Janesville Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about an Instagram accounting belonging to Xavier M. Braker which contained child pornography.

Investigators found a number of images and videos of young children being sexually assaulted. They also found messages between Braker and another person where he expressed an interest in sexually assaulting a child himself and claimed to have molested a young relative while they slept.

Rock County court Commissioner Mason Brauncshweig had originally set Braker’s cash bond at $10,000 in May, but Judge Ashley Morse reduced that amount to $2,500 during hearing last week.

Braker is due back in court for a calendar call on October 18th.
