A 51-year-old Pleasant, Wisconsin man is under arrest for carjacking in Rock County.

According to a police report from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a redacted location just before 5:00 p.m. Thursday after a witness observed a man physically pull a woman from her vehicle and drive off.

Deputies located the vehicle and used a PIT maneuver to stop it.

Christopher Williams was taken into custody on suspicion of strong armed robbery, theft of a motor vehicle, obstruction, disorderly conduct, and a felony warrant.
