A 44-year-old Janesville man who calls Janesville Police Blue ISIS and was previously convicted of disorderly conduct for making YouTube videos where he harasses officers pleads not guilty to new charges.
Aaron Oleston had his preliminary hearing in Rock County Court Monday morning on two counts of felony stalking, three counts of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Court Commissioner Jack Hoag found that enough evidence had been presented that a felony had probably been committed by Oleston and bound him over for trial.
According to the criminal complaint, Oleston has been sneaking up on officers in their squad cars, following officers around town and interfering with traffic stops, and filming videos where he talks about following officers to their homes.
Oleston is currently free on a $11,000 cash bond.
