The 36-year-old Janesville man who police say was caught on camera sexually assaulting a woman who was passed out drunk, is bound over for trial.

Dontiez Etchin appeared in Rock County Court Monday morning for his preliminary hearing on a chare of second degree sexual assault.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim was drinking heavily with her roommate and Etchin at a residence on the 300 block of South Main Street when she went to her room to pass out.

The victim awoke later to find Etchin raping her. Etchin took off when confronted and the victim called police.

Janesville Police say the victim had a security camera in her bedroom which captured the assault.

Etchin is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $30,000 cash bond.
