The 27-year-old Janesville man accused of stabbing two employees at a local Walgreens with a scissors last month makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig presided over Edward Toyer’s preliminary hearing this week on two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
Braunschweig found that enough evidence had presented that a felony had probably been committed by Toyer and bound him over for trial.
Toyer is currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.
