The Janesville School Board got a look at the results of a community wide survey, one that included how district residents feel about a possible upcoming referendum question.
School Perceptions staff member Rob DeMeuse says more than 3,200 people responded to the survey, and results show the majority of respondents support renewing a $14.5-million operating referendum for two years.
DeMeuse says despite people supporting an operating referendum, the majority of respondents would not vote for a $169.5 million capital referendum.
The district could discuss what, if any, referendum questions to put on the November ballot at their July meeting.
