Kids in Evansville get a free lesson in bicycle safety.

Shifting Gears Bike Shop and St. John’s Lutheran Church in Evansville team up on a bike rodeo.

Bike shop owner Paul Liesse says the event will feature bike safety checks, hand signal lessons, and an obstacle course.

The event will take place Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until noon at 312 South 3rd Street in Evansville.
