HealthNet of Rock County has announced they’re transitioning to a telehealth approach for their behavioral health services.

CEO Kerry Swanson says after losing critical members of their team, they cannot find qualified individuals to hire and they are encountering the same challenges as other healthcare providers when recruiting for specific positions.

Swanson says they believe that this new model will serve their patients and clients, offering them uninterrupted access to essential behavioral health services.

HealthNet says they’ll also be converting office space in their behavioral health clinic into telehealth rooms for clients who do not have access to the necessary technology or who need a private and secure space to complete their sessions.
