A 53-year-old Janesville man is arrested for operating while intoxicated twice in the same night.

Janesville Police say an officer stopped a vehicle driven by Jeffery Janecek in the 1200 block of North Ringold Street just after 5:00 p.m. on Friday after a caller reported he was all over the roadway.

Janecek displayed signs of impairment and was taken into custody for OWI first offense and later released to a sober, responsible party.

Just before 10:30 that same night, a different Janesville Police Officer observed Janecek swerving and traveling 15 miles per hour under the speed limit on Milton Avenue near Mount Zion Avenue.

Janecek, who had apparently just come from the bar, was stopped and arrested again for operating while intoxicated.

This time Janecek was confined to the Rock County Jail for his continued dangerous behavior.
