A 50-year-old Janesville man is taken into custody for drunken driving for the 6th time after crashing his vehicle.

Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on Milton Avenue near East Memorial Drive just before 2:00 Sunday afternoon.

Investigation determined that Barry Lucas Jr had struck a pole while driving.

After Lucas displayed signs of impairment, he was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, sixth offense.
