Cash bail is set at $1000 for the 20-year-old Delavan arrested with stolen guns following a shots fired incident in the town of La Prairie Saturday night.

According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the to 800 block of Milton Shopiere Road just before 11:30 p.m. on the report of shots fired.

Deputies received a vehicle plate number and description and were able to conduct a high risk traffic stop near Janesville.

The driver of the vehicle, Luis Villegas was arrested after two guns and some ammunition were taken into evidence.

Villegas is charged with receiving stolen firearms as a repeater and disorderly conduct. He was also cited for underage drinking, and having open intoxicants in the vehicle.
