Superintendent Dr. Willie Garrison says they need to find more than $10 million in cuts, and so far have identified $6 million worth of cuts including staff reductions like four full time principal and assistant principal positions.
Executive Director of Business Services Bob Chady says district employees could see changes to their health insurance, including an increase in employee contribution from 2% to 4%.
