A 24-year-old South Beloit man is facing an Operating While Intoxicated charge after being arrested in Janesville.  A news release from police states the suspect was seen traveling at a high rate of speed on a sport bike in the Fourth Ward area at about 8:45 p.m. Friday.  Officers say the motorcycle was located at Kwik Trip on East Milwaukee Street.  Police say Darmarkus Jarvis showed signs of impairment and was arrested for OWI 4th Offense.  Jarvis was also cited for 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Operating While Revoked.
